Processing Time: Most orders (approximately 90%) are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Transit Time: Once processed, orders typically arrive within 4–9 business days within the United States via tracked shipping. These are estimated ranges, not guarantees, and may vary depending on the customer's exact location, the assigned carrier, and other factors outside our control.

International Shipping: Currently, Heldson Wellness only ships within the United States.

Delays: While we strive to ensure every order arrives within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (such as weather, customs, or carrier issues). We appreciate our customers' patience regarding any unforeseen circumstances.
